Decision on candidate marketing agencies for 20th Asian Games (Aichi-Nagoya 2026)

News

 The AINAGOC solicited agencies to outsource some of its marketing work (open competition of proposals) and received four entries.
 We are pleased to announce that the Marketing Agency Selection Committee has reviewed the entries, and, based on the results, the Organizing Committee, in consultation with the Representative Directors, decided on candidate marketing agencies on September 27, 2023.
 
1. Candidate marketing agencies
 Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games Marketing Agency Consortium
 Representative company: Shinto Tsushin Co., Ltd.
 Constituent company: JTB Communication Design, Inc.
 Constituent company: TOPPAN Inc.
 Constituent company: Rakuten Group, Inc.

2. Decision on marketing agencies
 Toward the start of the sponsorship rights exercise period for the Aichi-Nagoya Games (starting from January 2024), we will discuss and coordinate detailed contract terms with the candidate marketing agencies, and once the arrangements are finalized, an agency agreement will be concluded promptly after a resolution by the Organizing Committee Executive Board.
