　The sports program of the 20th Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026 is stipulated in the host city contract to consist of sports to be included in the 33rd Summer Olympic Games (2024 Paris), sports to be determined taking into account diffusion in five zones in Asia, sports to be proposed by the AINAGOC (hereinafter referred to as “Organizing Committee”), and sports to be proposed by the Olympic Council of Asia (hereinafter referred to as “OCA”).
　Of these, the sports to be determined taking into account diffusion in five zones in Asia and the sports to be proposed by the OCA have been decided by the OCA General Assembly, held on July 8, 2023, as follows.
　The OCA General Assembly also decided on the sports proposed by the Organizing Committee (baseball/softball and karate), which had been approved at the Organizing Committee Executive Board on June 15.
　As a result, all sports to be included in the Aichi-Nagoya Games have been confirmed.

1. Sports to be determined taking into account diffusion in five zones in Asia (5 sports)
　Central Asia: Kurash
　East Asia: Wushu
　South Asia: Kabaddi
　Southeast Asia: Sepak Takraw
　West Asia: Ju-Jitsu

2. Sports proposed by the Organizing Committee (2 sports)
　Baseball/Softball
　Karate

3. Sports proposed by OCA (2 sports)
　Squash
　E Sports
