・Quotation
・Document Confirming the Accreditation Designation of IF/AF
(3)How to Submit
・Email (valid received no later than 5:30 PM on Mar 3, 2026, JST)

・Quotations may be submitted in any format, but please include the following newly established items as part of the product breakdown: Main Unit, Event Colors/Decorations, Transportation/Delivery, Installation/Adjustment, Maintenance, and Removal/Transport.
(2) Ensuring Sustainability
・When fulfilling the contract, the Equipment Provider(EP) must understand and comply with the “Sustainability-Conscious Procurement Code” established by the Organizing Committee. For details on the Code, please refer to the following:

Furthermore, when selected, EP must promptly submit the “Contract for Ensuring Sustainability” and the “Checklist for Sustainability Initiatives” to the Organizing Committee.
(3) Selection Method
・EP selection will be based on the guidelines, choosing the company offering the most favorable price as stated in the quotation. Even if quotation amounts are identical, selection will generally follow the method specified in the guidelines. However, regarding the form of provision (e.g., sale, lease, etc.), proposals involving leasing may be preferred from an operational perspective.
