[Conference Outcomes] Proposers Conference, Founding Executive Board Meeting, and First Executive Board Meeting

The following conferences were held on May 30, 2019 at the Hotel Nagoya Castle (Nishi Ward, Nagoya City).
1. Proposers Conference
A Proposers Conference was held for the founding of the organizing committee responsible for overseeing the preparations for and running of the 20th Asian Games, which will be held in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture in 2026. The following items were agreed upon at the conference.
(1) Creation of a prospectus
(2) Selection of a location for the principal office
(3) Nomination of additional founding Executive Board members
2. Founding Executive Board Meeting
The following items were agreed upon.
(1) Selection of the President, Acting Presidents, and Vice Presidents
(2) Selection of a representative seal
(3) Holding of a Councilor meeting
(4) Selection of the Honorary President, Honorary Advisors, Special Advisors, Advisors, and Councilors (items to report)
(5) Inquiries related to the contribution of funding and founding procedures (other items)
3. First Executive Board Meeting
The following items were agreed upon.
(1) Approval of the Activity Plan and Income and Expenditure Budget
(2) Determination of regulations
(3) Creation of the Games slogan and emblem
(4) Consent to compliance with the Host City Contract
(5) Schedule for the following Executive Board meetings (other items)
